These promotions are being offered by Gignite.ai Pte. Ltd, a Private Limited registered company located in Singapore (“Gignite”). Gignite is offering a promotion for existing and new Gignite account holder that received promotional accounts (“Exclusive Offer”). Users can get up to 8 months of Gignite Enterprise plan for themselves, for free when they were given the redemption link or invite via Gignite’s partnering representatives. Users that are part of an existing paid Gignite plan are ineligible. The redemption code cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law) Please review the full offer terms below:

1. Promotion period
This Exclusive Offer expires within 8 months from redemption code/ link activation.
2. Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the Exclusive Offer, users must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Have or create a Gignite account and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Not have an seat on an existing paid Gignite subscription (Professional, Education or Enterprise)
- To have received the redemption link/code via a partnering representative
3. What you will receive; up to 8 months of Gignite Enterprise personal account subscription
Eligible users receive 8 months of free Gignite Enterprise for up to 1 account. If you are interested in more seats, please reach out to our sales team at business@gignite.ai.
4. Availability
The Exclusive Offer must be accepted before the applicable expiration date advertised, if any. Except where prohibited by law, Gignite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Exclusive Offer at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honor subsequent Exclusive Offer enrollments.
The Exclusive Offer is only available to customers in countries where Gignite offers its services and is void where prohibited by law. You must be old enough to use the Gignite services as described in our Terms of Service in order to redeem the Exclusive Offer. Employees or contractors of Gignite and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Any portion of the Exclusive Offer may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Gignite’s opinion any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Exclusive Offer. You may not register with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot, or other device or artifice to redeem the Exclusive Offer or attempt to obtain more than the maximum number of Gignite Enterprise seats offered.
5. Renewal and cancellation Terms
After the offer period, your account will be automatically updated back to Starter plan and your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. If you add extra seats beyond the amount available through the Promotional Offer, the cost of those seats will be reflected on the checkout page. All amounts shown on the checkout page are in USD.
6. Automatic renewals and charges
On your monthly renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another month on the then-current Terms of Service or Software Service Agreement terms, as applicable to you, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the below or Gignite notifies you at least thirty (14) days in advance that it is not renewing.
You authorize us, through our payment processor, to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month or year until you cancel. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your subscription.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time at least 30 days before the end of your monthly term by contacting our support team at support@gignite.ai. In most cases, subscriptions are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy below.
8. Refund policy
If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund of any portion of the fee paid for your annual term, except in limited cases described herein. You will be responsible for all subscription fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for your annual term.
If you live in the E.U. or Turkey, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. You are only eligible for refunds for the amount actually paid (e.g. no refunds for the value of promotional offers). To request a refund, send us an email at support@gignite.ai and include your country of residence.
If you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact our support team at support@gignite.ai and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
9. Other terms and conditions
By participating in this Exclusive Offer, users agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Gignite, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Gignite reserves the right: (a) to verify eligibility of users and (b) to disqualify permanently from this Exclusive Offer and future offers any user it believes has violated these terms or any other Gignite terms a user is subject to. Gignite.ai, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, and licensors are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained redemption account or code for their unauthorized use.
GIGNITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER.
This Exclusive Offer is governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. If any part of the Exclusive Offer is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, the remaining portion of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
